3. If it is an embellished pair, please ensure that you do not put weight on the embellishments which will result in them breaking of falling off.

Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than Anngiri, the inquiry must be made directly though that retailer.
