Returns and Refund Policy

Exchange for Size:

Our return/ exchange policy lasts for 7 days from the receipt of the products by you. Exchanges are subject to size availability, within 7 days, you can exchange the product by visiting our website for exchange and returns. Please note that no return/exchange will be processed if not intimated within 7 days.

To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. When trying on your shoes for the first time, please take great care to avoid leather marking and sole stains. If you are assessing the size/fit of the shoes, we recommend walking on a carpet or clean surface to avoid sole damages.

We will require images and video of the product to approve your exchange request. Failure to provide the image may result in the rejection of your exchange/return request. Once the product passes our quality check, we will dispatch your exchanged order within 1 working day from our end.

Please Note:

  • All international orders are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
  • All customized orders are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
  • All accessories are non-returnable.

For items bought on sale, any reverse shipment charges for a change of style/size will be borne by the customer, while forward shipping charges for exchanged style/size changes will be borne by Anngiri. The customer can choose to ship the product to our studio, or we can schedule a reverse pickup for your convenience.

Please allow up to 48-72 hours to process your request. After communicating with our support team, the reverse pickup will be arranged within 2-3 days, and it will take approximately 5-7 days for the product to be delivered back to our warehouse.

Either you will have to courier it to us at the address mentioned below, or you can initiate a reverse pick up through our panel (charges 150/-) To initiate the process, contact us within 7 days, or call us at +91 73034 59842 from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm Mon-Sat if you need any support. Unless you notify us within 7 days from the date of receipt, the products shall be deemed to have been accepted by you as being in good condition.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

 Rs.100/- extra for EXPRESS DELIVERY

Normally we aim to ship the in 2 business days, provided that the card security checks are complete, payment is received and the stock availability is confirmed. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays. The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, and rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. If in any case you receive a package which is damaged during transit then please do not accept it. You can return the same and contact us asking for another piece. Please follow the same in case you’ve received an incorrect product and we would appreciate it if you wouldn’t open the packaging. We will try our level best to send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Returns and Refund Policy:

  • All items bought from the clearance sale and combo section are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • one unit is equal to one pair.
  • If you wish to return any product, you need to do so within 7 days of delivery.
  • Create a video while unboxing the package.
  • All returned shoes should be completely unused, which means that there should not be any wrinkle, scratch or use marks on the sole or upper of the shoe must be unused returned with original packaging of box and cover in place.
  • For return reasons please take great care when you first try on your shoes to avoid leather marking or wrinkles and other sole stains. If you are trying to assess the size/fit of the shoes, please walk very little on a clean surface to avoid sole and upper damages.
  • To initiate a return kindly send us the video of the package unboxing and shoes from all angles, bottom of the sole and the label of the shipment with your order number.
  • Return items received will be checked by our quality assurance team. If the items fail to meet our expectations, they will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. No refund will be provided in this case.
  • For any return or exchange request for products purchased from third-party websites or retail stores, please coordinate directly with them.
  • Refund will be initiated within 7 business days
  • International orders are not eligible for any returns/exchanges.
  • In case of missing/wrong/damaged products, please contact our customer care team within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

About the Footwear:

  • All footwear at Anngiri is manufactured using non-leather material. We do not recommend wearing them in or around water.
  • Varied weather conditions can affect the condition of the footwear, including the accessories that come with it. We recommend storing them in a shoe bag.
  • Always dry your feet before wearing our footwear. Wet or moist feet can lead to minor damages in the footwear.
  • Our footwear does not come with a warranty. The lifespan of the product depends on wear and tear.
  • In case any minor repairs are required, we will repair the product at our cost only once within three months of the delivery
